What I've been working on

I have been busy around here. Seems that I get pulled in 15 different directions. Do you ever feel that way? Lots of things goin on, to many to name.

I thought I would try my hand at salt dough bowl fillers. I just loved doing this project. And it really didnt take that long to make them. I am very pleased with how they came out. I have them for sale on my site and I also have the recipe for sale there as well.

With me trying anything new, I was a little afraid of how they would turn out. I got them all cut out and baked them and then the thought of how to grunge (grub) them took it's toll on me. But after many steps and alot of candle wax I finally got them finished.

I have seen quite a few GW finds that have been primmed up and they all look wonderful. Everyone is doing a wonderful job revamping their found treasures. So, tell me other than TS finds what are you working on?

Hi, Tammy!
Great job on those salt dough bowl fillers. I love how you have grunged them up so nicely. I'm just trying to get a few things made for Easter and doing a few baskets. Have a wonderful weekend.

Tammy,

I think your salt dough fillers turned out great! Where did you find the cutters especially the crow ones? Maybe you could share the grunging process for doing this. I'd like to try this project (well Joy and I). That is if you don't mind sharing!

And as far as the cheese crocks go that I found, I hope to do something similiar to what you did with yours...as you are the one that inspired me and make me wish I had gotten them the first time around! :)

Have a great weekend, Tammy!

I love them all but the crows are especially darling!

I'm making YO-YOs...fabric yo-yos...and having fun with baling wire I have found where they are building on the campus nearby. Yep, I'm the weird lady they see walking around picking up the rusty bits of wire...!!!
