Scavanger Hunt prize

I want to say Thank you to Olde Dame Penniwig at Penniwig's Blog I had a great time playing along and I also found a few interesting blogs along the way. I won the needlepunch, a needle refill, a bag of beads, and yummy smellin' tart. I was thinkin' it was gonna be a needle punch pattern. I was sooo surprised when I opened the envelope and there was a tool. I had one on to get list and I was so happy when I knew I had gotten one. I have never done a needle punch before, and I have been practicing. I have a book coming with patterns for rug hooking and needle punch, so I will be busy with learning a new craft..

Thank you again Olde Dame Penniwig... Prim Hugs..

Yay Tammy, it finally got to you! Good luck with the needlepunch, it was too much for this Olde Dame! I jsut didn't have the "knack" of it, although I can remember my mother doing quite well and making lots of little patches and pincushions with hers...I didn't inherit her green thumb, either!

Well, I dont know if I have the knack either. But Im gonna give it a try. Thank you again.

How cool! I just found Penniwig's blog so I missed this. It sounds like fun :)

When I was about 10 or so, my Gram bought me this needle punch kit for Christmas. I never used it because I didn't "get it". I just found the tool the other day!!! I saved it and it's in my box with my craft paints. I may have to dig that thing out and try it out. Needle punching and rug hooking look like a lot of fun to me, too :)

Have a great rest of your weekend.

Tammy,

I've often wondered if I would like (or could do) needle punch. Let me know how you like it and definitely how hard it is! :)

Congratulations on your win!

Have a great Thursday!
