I finished my doll, got some snow and Whatcha Workin on

Yep I sure did. I finished her up Sunday. Jay and the boys were gone, so I knew I wouldnt get another chance to have the house to myself. That's the good news, bad news is my Daddy has borrowed my camera. So cant take any pictures. :( I'm so excited about her too. Very prim she is. Now as soon as I get my camera I will be posting a picture..

We got snow yesterday, not a whole lot to brag about but hey we'll take what we can get. Giggle. Snow is Very rare in these parts. When they call for snow everyone panics. Heads to the grocery store to stock up on bread, milk, eggs and cereal. Usually when we get it, we get it bad. Not this time, just a little dusting.

The kids did get a snow day out of it so I know they were happy. Josh starts exams this week. Y'all say a little prayer for'em. He needs all the help he can get. He had a hard time with math this semister. Fundamental math at that. Next semister will be Algerba 1. Oh give me strength.

What am I gonna work on today? That seems to be the question. The normal here house chores. I have been searching and searching for new Spring patterns. Not one has caught my eye. I guess I will hit my patterns to see what I have to get me started. Seems to me that primitive patterns are getting harder to find. Everything seems cutesy to me. I dont know maybe it's just me. I wish everyone luck with your Wednesday Workings. Hope everyone has a great day.

Good morning, Tammy. I'll send you all the snow you want, we are running out of room to push it with the plow. I can't wait to see pics of your doll. Have a good day.

Tammy,I can't wait to see your doll! I bet she is really nice!

I'm with ya on the math! We are in Algebra II now and it has been like pulling teeth the whole way! My recomendation is, get a tutor if you can! It does miracles! Hugs!

Beth, I thought the tutor. That might be just what he needs. I will check into it. I just hope and pray he passes his exam, if not he will have to another math. He has to have 3 math credits to graduate. It's so frustrating. So different than when I was there.

Jenn, WOW! 50". I can only imagine what that is like.
So wish I could draw my own patterns. Im no good at that. I am very thankful for all those talented women out there who can.

I know shame on me for finishing a doll and not having a camera. Im such a tease!! LOL

Beth,
Y'all got waaay more snow than we did. I was depressed when I got up yesterday. Wish I could come and play in the snow. Thanks for the invite..

That's so funny...everything is relative, I guess....I always thought of NC as COLD...

Get yer camera back and get a pic of your new creation to post!!!

At to new patterns -- I know what you mean, when something gets popular, there is a burst of fresh patterns and then it all starts to settle down...what about a prim hare, have you looked as far ahead as Easter? Just a thought -- rabbits on the brain...
